[TEC] PREfix titles added

Just FYI, I've added something where you can specify a PREfix to your mod threads, see the dropdown above.

Is that going to help search for tec stuff then?

And it's only activated in the SH5 area?

I don't know for sure how it will help with the search, it should, if the search engine will pick up the [brackets] as part of the info. I think we can give this a couple days and then test it.

Correction: It works, just use the Advanced Search
