AeroMobil 3.0 can reach speeds of up to 160 km/h, while as a plane it can hit 200 km/h. A drawback is you will need an open grassland or a paved runway that's 250 metres long. But only 50 metres of either is required for landing. SOURCE |

I see some legal problems in a lot of countries. You can't just land anywhere you want. You need a special permission to take off or land outside of airfields. Even helicopters need that IIRC.

Probably an even bigger hurdle than the insurance premium would be obtaining a licence to use/fly/drive the thing.
