OM, JSGME and SH$ not working

I have just reinstalled SH4 after a long break. Patched to 1.4.4 - OS WIN7. JSGME has the following mods, OpsMonsun_V705, OMv705_to_V720 and OMv750_Patch5 as Available Mods.
Start SH4, Career and go to Office. Save game and exit to Windows, In JSGME I activate the Mods as follows:-
OpsMonsun_V705
OMv705_to_V720
OMv750_Patch5
Start SH4 and go to saved game where the office is as before but no change to the environment ie. no change to the theatre of war. Only Pacific or Asiatic Fleet is available. What am I doing wrong. Very frustrated as on my old machine (XP) I did not have any problem enabling mods with JSGME.
