I have a dash cam and it takes movies. My problem is that in order for the cam to see anything on the road over top of my bug deflector I have to set it up vertically instead of horizontally like it is supposed to be, therefor the pics come out turned sideways. If I raise it up any more then it will block my view of the road.
Is there a way within windows that I can 'turn' the pics/movies so that they are easier viewed than turning my laptop sideways?

The pictures are a pretty easy fix as most photo editing software has a rotate function, just save it after you rotate it ofc.

The pics I can 'do' in 'paint'.
I may have to wait until I get home and transfer everything to the PC and photoshop the movies.
