Default Jigsaw

Was looking for new Edition of Jigsaw from my favorite artist

Van Haasteren.

Then I thought Wonder if there are other among my friends here that also, beside sinking ships have time to lay Jigsaw

I have made a few from this artist

Departure Hall 2000 pieces
On thin Ice 3000 pieces
Football Crazy 2000 pieces

Have been thinking of getting following product_

USA 5000 pieces or
Castle Conflict 5000 pieces

You're referring to the jigsaw 3-D architecture, right?

Or is it the standard flat 2-D picture type.

I used to layout jigsaws with my mother. But, nothing that big.
My aunt built many of the old time puzzles with 5000 little pieces and ornately framed them on her walls.

I only do the digital variety these days. With a cat tromping 'round the house a new layout wouldn't last long.

I do not do jigsaw everyday, sometimes it can goes days or weeks before I continue and sometimes I'm hooked and stay with it until it is almost finished

If I buy one of these jigsaw by Haasteren with 5000 pieces it will be the biggest I have ever done.

I had framed Departure Hall and Football crazy on a woodpiece(or what it is called) and hanged them on the wall.

You turned them into decopage.
It's typically good art.
5k pieces will need a large sheet of plywood.

I sometimes put together those of a military theme but 3k is around the maximum size.

I'd like to see a 3-D jigsaw puzzle of the Remagen bridge (not just the towers but the whole thing, before it fell down)
