Has anyone had one of these from so called Sainsbury's?

Our Sainsbury's Reward server has identified your Groceries online account with the E-Mail "MY EMAIL ADDRESS " to have 500 pounds worth of unclaimed Groceries Vouchers.

One problem, I don't shop at Sainsbury's as they cost too much which or so rules out online shopping with them, which brings me to no I have never signed up for a reward card of any sort.
