i have some questions about hardcoded fixes

hi, I just installed H sies. hardcoded fixes, but I have a question about the war news patch. sometimes when I load a save I would receive a repeat of the last message I got before I saved and I would get slowed down to 1 TC, but I would have the TC at 256 and the manual says that with the fixes I shouldn't get slowed down for war news, however after I received the repeat of the last message and I speed back up to 256. it doesn't slow down for war news. is that a problem that I get slowed for radio messages after I load a save?

Mine does the same on a reload. The BdU messages are all resent and knocks me back to 1 TC. After they're all caught up the mod resumes it's normal operation.
