having trouble with travellers mod+optical targeting corrections

hey guys I got otc and travellers mod

jsgme list:

TMO 2.5
TMO small patch
RSRDC v502
RSRDC patch
1.5 optical targeting corrections for TMO+RSRDC v 502
travelers mod
travelers mod OTC 1.5 patch

any way I noticed with travelers mod your suppose to have 2 steering wheel tabs and 2 periscope tabs and also a new command under the radar tab. but I don't have that stuff is there a way to fix that? because I want those features PLEASE HELP
