Hey guys, hope everybody is doing great and ready for a good 4th,i had a question and i wasn't sure if the answer was somewhere in the forum, also i hope im posting this in the right place, if not i apologize.
ive been playing SH3 for years and just tonight for some reason i realized that when you are cruising a really rough ocean and you dive to periscope depth you can still hear that wind howling up top, what is up with that? i know that sometimes when the ocean was completely out of control many a skipper went down for a bit to give the watch crew and the crew in general a half hour or what not to get their bearings together and do a sound check while they were at it. have they tried to mod this into the game at any point? i have GWX so i want sure, basically my question is once you go down and you turn your engines off it should be dead quiet.(except for the normal noises) thank you for any input and if it doesn't sound like im making any sense im sorry, that wind noise drives me nuts, lol. |

I think this is either a bug, or can be set in the SDL file in the Sounds folder
