What the hell does this have to do with two boats swapping inactivation dates?

Since when does a Navy major command need a "spokeswoman" or "spokesperson" for that matter? Sounds to me like the Commander, Naval Sea Systems, is a gutless pussy!

The Navy could do allot better without the PR hacks (and pussy commanders)!

I am so glad I'm not in the Navy anymore.
