SH3 not loading after base change.

I recently had my base changed to Kiel as the war just started. Every time i load a patrol in that career, my game crashes around 90% loaded. I can play single missions and other careers without the base change.
Using GWX and SH3 Commander with no other mods currently. The are the newest versions.
Specs are as follows:
AMD A8-5550M quad core APU with Radeon HD graphics 2.10 GHz
8.00 GB RAM
Win8.1 64-bit
1TB HDD
