No captains log in TMO

i dont know if its a bug or not but when i press k the log doesnt come up and i cant find any way to get it.

To my knowledge if it is loaded correctly there is no log until your reach home port

Ok then what do i have to do to make it show up during patrol as in what files to edit

You using travellers mod? If so it's not a bug as he didn't want people to know the tonnage of the ships they sunk until they returned to port.

I don't know the key command, but if you click the little ships wheel in the lower right corner the clipboard comes up.

The Captain's Log is the third tab from the left on the Messages display (F8).

You'd have to ask Traveller what he changed to remove the tonnage while at sea. You find out anyway once you reach port so I never saw not knowing it as a big deal.
