They probably purchased it from Russia. They should ask for a refund. They don't need it anymore.

I really feel for those sailors and officers, I'm just a virtual captain and I don't even like giving up my old boat when new ones are available, I'd be devastated to have my command taken away completely.

Nothing meant at the sailors themselves. I agree. I think Vladimir Puttin is an ******* just trying to bring back the old days were the politburo did what ever they damn well felt like.

On the other hand, you also sort of have to doubt its military value in the first place. It wouldn't stand much of a chance against what the Russians would have up against it in the Black Sea anyway, and it was probably a unit that was nearing the end of its service life.
