Has anyone seen this glitch before??

An aerial bomb hit close, shook us up. The lights went out for a second or two, and when they came backup the control room crew was covered in this black schmootz....

Conning tower (and later the bridge) crew was unaffected, but this remained in the control room for the remainder of the mission...

Oil leak after bombing?

I have no idea.. never had that problem...

yes it's an old glitch. Comes after an attack or to deep dive.

Normally a video card issue. Check the game's video settings or the computer's settings.
