Convert Subs from Sketchup (WH) into SH4

Hello,

I was just working on another locomotive for trainz in 3DS, when i suddenly had an idea. I remembered that Google Sketchup has this 'warehouse' thingy, and that they have thousands of objects. so i simply searched for 'submarine'. What i found was a very detailed model of a RU Borei class submarine, and i would like to know whether it is a.) even possible to get that thing into SH4, b.) If yes, are there any special exporters for the mesh files, c.) how are animations done (e.g. Propeller), is it in the sub's mesh or via attachement points and d.) How many polygens are the 'max' SH4 can handle?
Due to international copyright laws, those models would be NOT for release, no need to fear that. ONLY personal use....

AND NO, THOSE ARE NOT MY MODELS....:P

Well there is an Ohio class already modeled in the game as well as several surface ships including the USS IOWA so I do not see why this should be any different.

I would direct your question however to SH4 Fleet Boat Mods Workshop . There will be more people to see it and be able to answer your questions better.

As already stated in my first post...i knew about the mods forum, and accidently posted in the wrong place. And Ohio...well the Ohio we have ingame is a SSBN, the one in my pic is a SSGN. But i dont want to convert that one, all i care about is the Borei class.

I'll not post this thread again in the mods forum, i know multiple threads about one topic from another forum, and it is just annoying. Please ignore this thread here, it was a mistake from me. I'll try to get that thing working on my own now
