So while i'm new to the SH5 modding community (and the SH community more generally), I'm curious as to when you have to re-install SH5 completely. I've been trying to find my personal sweet spot with mods - generally following Sober's mega mod list.
When i find things i want to add or want to subtract, do i have to do a fresh install and then figure out the order? Or can i simply disable via the mod enabler and go from there? I know this may be a silly question but i just haven't found a conscise answer as of yet. Thanks for the help as always. RTB |

The only reason to reinstall any Silent hunter simulation is if it becomes so corrupted it will not play. It does happen, buy not that often and only because you made a mess of it. And only because you didn't follow certain protocols installing the sim or mods. It can be tricky to get SH5, and the others, to play with no problems on occasion. Read problems posted and the documentation included with mods and yo9u shouldn't have problems.
![]() I've reinstalled SH5 and Sh3 several times, but only because of an operating system or hard drive crash. Not fun at all.
