Whats the deal with Ail Mods ?

Forgive the new thread but didn't know where this might belong ..

I was hoping that maybe someone informed might give me a bit of background on teh Ail mods , particularly ail clouds and ail environment ,, I think there are about 5 or 6 ail mods . Climate zones , smoke , impurity , bubbles ..

From what ive seen ,, these are some good looking mods ,, Clouds in particular is one of my favorite mods .. for clouds ..
My first impression is that they wouldnt work with any other environment mod , IE and in particular Dyn Env . Or Real Env ..
So that is one thing i would like to know .. are there any glaring obvious conflicts with these ?..
I have visited the ail website .. It doesnt offer much beyond unzipping and jsgme install .. and i suspect these mods are dated as sh5 mods go I remember them from when i first started modding sh5.. , But then again maybe they are trouble free .?.I guess if JSGME doesnt report a conflict maybe i wont have any ?

Also ,, I was looking through the forum and came across a thread about a sh4 mod called ROW , Realism on teh water or some such ,, that tried to reproduce tides and currents .. Sounded very interesting ,, especially when i saw a post that stated it would work with SH5 also ..
Alas ,, the thread was closed ..
Maybe someone has the skinny on the ROW mod ? what happened to it , maybe it was never intended for sh5 ?
