Question About My Specs/SH3

Hey guys, Prince Light here, and I'm new to the forums, so please forgive me if this is the wrong place to post this. Here are my specs for my current machine (I had a laptop but the stupid hard drive crashed, I can't use it anymore so these specs are for my desktop). I was wondering if my machine will be able to run SH3 without any problems, the only problem I had was the frame rate dropped REALLY badly when I went to the bridge or external camera.

Specifications on Optiplex 745 Desktop:
Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz
2.8 GHz Performance Rated at: 3.36 GHz
8.1 GB RAM
Intel(R) Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family <-- This is where it gets confusing. What the heck is a chipset express family? O_o

That's all I need to post as far as specs go. Any help on getting SH3 to run flawlessly (I already have hi-res fix) would be wonderful! I want to get back into the action ASAP! Thanks again!
