Remove lock indicator (WIP)

I want to remove the lock indicator from my periscope.

When I center my periscope on a target, i get text on screen in the periscope lens that says "OK" clearly indicating to me that there is a ship in my targets. Similar to the little triangle in the binoculars which I have removed. Not only is this annoying and immersion breaking, It's also cheating. I can spin the periscope around at night until I see the "OK" text, then press the lock key - and I know there must be a ship at that bearing, even if I don't actually see anything.

Can someone point me in the right direction? i searched the data/Menu/Pages/Page attack periscope.ini but found nothing.
