Error while loading game

Hello guys, i installed silent hunter 3 applied patch 1.4b and installd gwx 3.0
The menu loads fine.
But when i want to start game,when it loads i hear beep sound in background and in box it says "No CSubTorpedoCtrl*: cmihalache"
and when i click OK the game exits,is there any fix for this other than reinstalling?

I don't know the fix, but I would suggest checking the MD5 sums of the GWX downloads. Just in case one of them got corrupted.
All the MD5 sums are on the GWX download page and a quick search of the net will find plenty of free MD5 checkers.
