help no offline setting

me again trying to get the game working .sober said to in setting to click to go online then login again .cant get the the settings panel no luck so gave up and tried a deleting all mods ,saves and game ,defrag reloaded vanill game .but after a number of updates to uplay .finaly got the game to play activating it on uplay
but still no settings panel to play offline only email to login not my old user name or am i login into the online game as it say`s gold edition and my disc is not the gold edition .

Sorry i have found it was looking for older type panel
