Brain fart....pls help (amount of torp mod)

I recently formatted my PC. I had a mod that allowed just a few more torpedoes than what you started with. I know because after I fired a few torps (say around 5'ish), the torpedo inventory would still be full, but then after that I would see the torp inventory start to be depleted as they are being fired.

I just can't remember the name of the mod.

Any help?
