enemy subs

hey guys i run TWO 2.0 and RSRDC with patch, and was just curious if enemy subs still spawn i know they do with TWO but if i have RSRDC installed will they still spawn?

I'm using TMO 2.5 and RSRDC and have seen a couple, but they are rare encounters.

cheers i seen a couple today in a dock, just getting back into things have not played since like 2009, so many mods ect now
