Default need help here with mods

after installing mods from here
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...=190656http://
under the Balanced mod list - all mods installed with JSGME
now:

1 - few mods had multiple folders after extraction and i enabled ALL of them. is it wrong? do i need to chose one folder from each mod?

2 - http://s11.postimg.org/xje9wvq5v/C36..._42_30_637.jpg
what is this panel jumping in the middle of the screen? is it from one of the mods? (this is the opening scene when u start a new campaign, it appears after the dialog and i dont know what is this panel/window)

3- what mod will change the appearance of the control panel of the periscope dials to the realistic look and not the ugly digital panel in the game?

thanks for the patience - a newbie here making his firsts step with SH5 and JSGME

Always include modlist so we can help you better. Click on the #. Copy and paste your modlist, from the SH5 **.mep file from your documents folder, between the two ##.

Welcome vjamiko.

Specific description for what? Problem described in your first post? I can guess at which UI you use, but I will not.
Modlist help? we need a modlist to fix your first post issue.

Did you read JSGME documentation on how to save a modlist profile? Documentation states on how and where the profile (or modlist) is saved. If you read the documentation, then at what point, description are you stuck at? Details?

The "panel jumping in the middle of the screen" belongs to TDW's UI's mods.
It's a dialog you should normally only get when you want to add hyper-markers to your map.
In this dialog you can add a custom text to the hypermark.

If you get this screen out of nowhere, then you've obviously done something wrong while installing your mods.

A common mistake people make, is that they don't dig deep enough into a mod's folder-structure.
You can check the correct structure, before you enable a mod in JSGME.
When the mod is still listed on the left side, you can R-click on it, and select "Explore".
This will open the folder-structure for you.

Most if not all mods will have 2 folders inside the main mod folder: "data" and "documents".
So if you Explore a mod in JSGME's left half, and find another folder with the mod name, then you didn't install the mod correctly, as the data-folder will be at least 1 level deeper.
When installed correctly, the Explore-option will show at least a data-folder.
(TDW's UI's main mod will show a data- and a documentation-folder, plus a bunch of dll's....these dll's will be installed into your main SH5-directory.

* if you made a mess out of your mods-soup, then there's a safe way to start all over.....read here.

Default @ vjamiko

please check that ALL mods in the C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\MODS folder have this structure: mods name\data

In some mods is included a 'documents' folder which makes the mod look like this:

mod's name\data
mod's name \documents (sometimes called 'documentation') This is OK and it won't affect the mod's features, you don't have to delete this one

IF the mods don't have this structure the JSGME won't load the mod

When you open the compressed mod you sometimes find multiple folders. Just copy the folder with the mod's name (which includes the 'data' folder) and paste it into your C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\MODS folder
Don't put the .zip/.rar itself into the C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\MODS folder
