Help finding ships

I lost all my Silent Hunter Mods when my pc died in 2011. Now I have SH3 working again, I'm looking for all the ships I once had. Specifically the ones highlighted in this video:

Montana BB
Atlanta CL
HMAS Perth
Graf Zeppelin
The Tirpitz Variant BB
Roma BB
Yamato BB
Tone CA
Kuma CL
CONVESCORT thing at 6:47

Not alot, but I have had trouble finding them as the sites I got them from

are gone. Poof, not there.

I know they exist and I want them again, but I just don't know where to look anymore

Please help me find them.
