sorry if this is a stupid question, i know, but I am inexperienced in the subject ... I wanted to ask why if I'm going to see US submarines in the museum, they have a conning tower completely different from the one you see during the campaign? ... how do I get the conning tower that you see in the museum?
I do not know if my question is clear enough, I know to be ignorant, do not kill me for this.. |

-Early war -Mid war -late war. Each refit becomes progressively available as time goes on. Mid war refits tend to occur in mid 42 to early 43, and late war refits occur from early 43 onwards to the end of the war. Each refit has a more progressively cut down conning tower and fairwater. It is the late war refit that has the change of paint job, and additional AA gun positions. When a refit becomes available you have a *chance* to get one. It's not guaranteed. The random chance to get a refit occurs when you dock at your base at the end of a patrol. ![]() |
