UN Security Council adopts resolution on Syria

Yet another toothless waste of paper signed off by the UN.

Yesterday, the US and Russia reached an agreement on the wording of the resolution, which would be legally binding but would not include automatic enforcement, such as sanctions or the use of military force.

So exactly nothing will be done as long as Syria looks like it hands over its chemical weapons, regardless of what really happens.

Syria and Russia are the real winners in this.
