U-boat questions

I've got a couple questions. Sorry if they've been asked before but I can't seem to find them.

So I just finished the BCW mission and I got a new boat, trouble is I don't know which one I have and I can't find anything in the game that tells me the details of it, is there somewhere that lists all the stats for a u-boat?

The other thing I've been trying to find is a list of all the u-boats and what kind of upgrades are available for each and when you can get them so I'm not wasting renown.

Love this game though, didn't think I would after playing SH3, but after I modded the hell out of it I can't stop playing.
