Default ARMA3 and Submarines!

Arma3 was released to the public with the possibility of implementing Amphibious warfare tactics with combat divers and Seal Delivery Vehicle.

The door for potential Submarine mods has certainly been open.

There is a Submarine (SSK) and many different ships to pilot in VBS2 VTK. Hence, there might be a bright future in that area for Arma3.

Some pictures to illustrate the Arma3 underwater theatre of operation.

I hope the devs improved the life of the SVD's batteries. Last time I tried the subs in A3 I hardly made it around Straitis before the batteries where dead. That being said I wonder how far around Altis you could get before the batteries crapped out?

Perhaps it would be an idea to put this in the ARMA3 thread which is only a few centimeters below this one?

^ Yeah, what Oberon said.

As for subs and possible mods, I don't think we will be seeing anything fancy.
I'm fairly sure the water can't be kept outside of a vehicle that is underwater.
Underwater in ArmA III is just another environment, there's no "actual" water.

@Oberon: This is about Arma3 in it's final version, not about Arma3 Alpha, Beta as described in the other post. BTW, threads move up and down!

@Dowly: And you know what is VBS2 VTK?...and what VBS3 will be about?....May be watertight, may be not, we will see!....I am open for change!
