Breaking the Fortress

Hello,

Im playing this mission and there is no capital ship in Scapa Flow anywhere.
I dont remember the mods i had because i've disabled them all to try and install them in the correct order.

Might this be the problem? I'm going to add other mods, will i have to start over the campaign?
