Hey Hunter, I received EU III and its DLC as a gift. Could you explain in 10 words or less how you play this game!?!

You don't. The game plays you.

I want to get the 4th one. I was also recently gifted EU3 Chronicles. Raptor1 had an extra copy.

I'm enjoying the heck out of it.

I got III free too, can't remember why or how, still haven't played it so will click stuff some other time.

I'll prolly get IV on a Steam sale in about three years, and still not play it.

Can you play single player without a constant internet connection?

It's going to be on Steam, so you can launch it in offline mode whenever you don't have an internet connection just fine. You will need a connection to install and update it, of course.

I really have no problem at all with Steam.

I like it...I just don't like my internet connection speed.
