A website this big uses a lot of bandwidth and needs a really powerful server to stay online day after day, for 15 years. Thanks for the support!
If you joined this forum a long time ago, and you've never posted or have not posted in a long time (over a year), this could shut off downloads for you. Solution: make a post somewhere in the forum. This post will be placed in the moderation que, and after 24 hours or less the forum will automatically enable downloads for you again. We have to do this to prevent spammers from joining, waiting a few months and then bombarding the forum with ads for Vie-gra, etc.
When you sign up to Subsim, we encourage you to be an active member of the forum community. That means making at least 1 post and introduce yourself. You, you're an interesting guy--you like submarine games, history, and computers. Make a post, we want you to be part of the Subsim crowd!..."

And this was yesterday...
I just need this file "Rank, Uniform & Insignia Mod (R.U.I.M.) v1.0 HI RE mod" to start a new career in Silent Hunter 4. I look in the net for it but for any reason i cant download or i cant finded it or the downlod give some error. What i think its a little bit unfair...because im here since 2007 and my number of posts and downloads "talk" for myself...im not a intensive user of the forum or downloads.

I was able to download the file witch i need for the sh4. For any reason the link dont work for me but thanks any away!

Any time you think anything at Subsim is unfair (and we all do from time to time) the best recourse is to either post here or PM Neal Stevens directly. He is the one who can help you get things accomplished here.

Its my fault...i m not in position to ask more for me than from everybody else. I all aways be happy here and all this years i recebe a lot from everybody with out asking for it. In return i only can help buying my games throw here and help a little bit the subsim. My apolagies...
