Help with voice recognition/commands mod please!?

Hey im new, sorry this is probably in the wrong forum, wrong etiquette etc.

But i've been trying to get the voice recognition/commands mod to work.. completely lost I installed as the instructions said with JSGME and I go in game and nothing!

Running Win7
Steam version (through Uplay)
The recognition in the mod file says it recognizes my commands and stuff as well but to no avail in game.

Once again sorry about the wrong forum but im new, and ive been looking for the solution all over the forums but with no luck.

Any help will be appreciated.
