[WIP] French Speech Recognition for SH5

Hello,

I have a working version of Speech Recognition based on the Skas and miton's Speech Recognition Mod for the french language.

I don't know if I can upload it and share it with other as Miton's never answer to pm (send 4month ago now) and Skaas seems to be inactive ?



For the moment the mod only work with the TheDarkWraith NewUIs 7.X and need a windows version like Vista / 7 / 8 as it use the Windows Recognition system.

The version is far from be fully translate for the moment, but important orders are now in french (deck gun control, depth, torpedo etc...)

I'm waiting for an admin or creator authorization before uploading here.
