Is there a way to see my downloads?

Before I had the brains to make a new disk image on my computer I had my master boot record corrupt and had to wipe my hard drive clean. Is there anyway for me to see which files I had downloaded from my account so I don't have to search and guess at what I had? I know this probably isn't where I should put this post but I wasn't sure where to put it.

Oh and "Back up often"!!!!!!!!

You would think I'd have learned this by now

The worst part is I had 2 awesome careers going. My American Career had made it to 1945 from Pearl Harbor for the first time.
