Red Boat
Anyone know what this boat is all about?
I came across it on my return home to Kiel. It was by an Island on the Skagerrak route. My watchmen spotted a ship but not two. Is it used as a 'lighthouse' as it had flashing lights on either end.    The Dutch ship is the one spotted I believe. Thanks guys
