Just donated to Subsim and downloaded Sobers Mod pack
Reinstalled SH5 Installed JGSME to my SH5 folder copied all the mods into the newly created MODS folder within JGSME Started JGSME and opened sobers.mep mod profile and it installed 70 mods out of 116 were activated. Some of the mods appear greyed out.. dont know if thats a problem. Thing is that I cant tell if any of the mods are working, certailny I cant get access to the dark wraiths TDC stuff. What am I doing wrong, the instructions on sobers page I find a bit confusing to be honest. Any help please |

Thanks managed to fix it had the mods folder in the wrong place.
However I have two problems now. 1. The recognition manual from TDW UI only shows the same ship in the picture section. 2. I dont see any automation scripts when I open the scripts box Any help folks. |

Sounds like your doing great so far. You won't see any scripts automatically, you'll have to import the scripts you want into the automation. There is documentation to help you with this either in the docs folder or on the UI thread, several others have threads on working with automation as well. As far as the Recog manual. There have been instances where people have encountered problems with this, not sure if it was specific to the pics, but the recog manual has encountered problems. This usually means that another mod after the UI has overwritten something in the UI mod. One way to track the problem is to take out all the mods after the UI. Reboot the game and see if your recog manuel is fixed. If it is, then you can track down which mod is conflicting with the UI mod. There might be more info on this on the UI thread as well. Good luck. D40

Got it sorted turns out that a lot of the mods I downloaded didnt have the correct file structure and were therefore being installed to the wrong place ie not working.
So thats all sorted and it seems to be working so far. thanks |
