this game wave is bad

i have upgaraded my pc for only this game but bad too
my pc is
cpu - intel i5 3570, quad core 3.4G
ram - DDR3 8G
mainboard - gigabite
gpu- GTX550ti D5 1G

big wave is retarded action in game but i pressed over 2X gametime is good wave motion
what's the probelm??
this game is veryvery bad game, i have disppointed

p.s ; GWX4 is very good mod but never released
