A dull and sad event that wiped out a family, the child did at first but later died,

I wonder if that means the hit and run driver will be charged with three homicides as opposed to two if they catch him.

The baby surviving the birth was a front page story on alot of papers here in the NYC area.

The next day, dead...Considering the mother was thrown from her car, I find it a miracle the baby lived this long. Not being brutal, or mean, sorry if I convey myself as such.

As a born NYC'er this makes the entire city look like brutes. We are not Detroit, Or LA, this is not the norm.

Too bad NY abolished the death penalty...And assault rifles...
