whats happened with new nygm load

As you know the conning tower crew changes to wet weather gear in bad weather but I have just reinstalled and jsgme'd nygm and it doesent happen, any ideas

Do you have a mod entitled 'all weather guns' enabled?

No. And the funny thing is that on my previous install had the same mods installed and it happened. Mods --nygm 2.5,3.0,3.6b,iablships,harbor addin mod,thompsons and dbsm sounds(some of each) bret 25 conning tower sound mod and flmonkeys2.1
