New Install - Mod Recommendations

After a couple of years of being away I got the bug to play SHIII, last night so I spent a bit of time getting it all set up and running on my windows 7 machine.

At the moment I have a clean install, patched to 1.4 b and GWX 3.0 Gold installed and am about to set out on the training cruises because I hardly remember my way around the boat anymore.

My question is beyond what I have installed, what "must have" mods would you recommend? (FYI - using a scale of Easy = 1 Complete Realism =5, I will probably be steering my install towards a 3 difficulty level)
