Improved graphics settings - (looking for it)

Hi !
I've got a question about configuration of game graphics.
We all know that sh3 got only posibility to change Particle Desinity.
But I need to turn off the spotlight reflections at night on surface of water cause its slowing down my pc (128 mb graphics card[but its enough]) (the worst is that when in is night and few destroyers are looking for me useing lights [i'm getting about 6 fps on external view

])
Questions :
1) Is there any config.exe or mod ?
2) Does NYGM 3.6b changes graphics to better ??

PS. THIS SHOULD BE NAMED "ENHANCED GRAPHICS SETTINGS"
