Hello,im looking for a mod that extends the SJ(surface search)radar.I already got the SD raise/lower mod,but i would need the SJ radar,becouse im using S class and ships means more danger to me than aircrafts.

If you're talking about raising the radar mast, it doesn't for the SJ radar. So there is no mod for that.

What you have to do is run at "radar depth," which is about 35 feet for most boats. This lowers your silhouette while still giving you radar, and also let's you dive faster if you need to.

thanks for reply,although radar depth isn so efficient for me becouse of waves and goes on/off constantly

That means you're too low and need to go up another foot or two, or more.
