Help ID this detonator

Hello, A person on another forum was looking to ID this... I think it's a contact detonator off a Type 95 Torpedo. What do ya'll think

That looks like a Japanese Type 88 Impact Fuse used on artillery rounds

It could not be an impact fuse from a type 95 torpedo as the fuse was located behind the warhead and was internal.
