Best screen video recording sofware?

Hi guys. I'm back after upgrading my laptop. I now have a nice new Toshiba and SH4 runs beautifully on this one. Resolution, colors etc. all better. I have to reinstall TMO now, but that's saved on my external drive so shouldn't be a problem.

A question though. What software do you recommend for recording in-game video for review or posting on YouTube? I've downloaded a couple (Debut, and SMH) and neither record what's on the screen once I switch over to the game.
