Please check here:

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=123467

There are three versions of RSRD:

v502 for TMO v2.5
v550 for stock SH4 v1.5
v575 for RFB v2.0

AFAIK, that's it. You could google-search, but I don't think there else is anything to find.

They are not built to be compatible... The problem is that FOTRS has its own campaign system, so does RSRD... so to mesh the two together you would either have to HEAVILY re-write one to accept the other or simply start from scratch trying to use what you like.... in my opinion the outcome is not worth the effort and most likely you would end up with something that didn't resemble either... you know what I mean?

What is it you are trying to do specifically? I assume you want the RSRD campaign but maybe the GUI or AI ships from FOTRS??

I just wanted to try this supermod ( i think it is so), as i am trying all the other ones, to see which one is the one a prefer, but i only play sh4 for the moment with RSRD campaign because a like hisctorial shipping. I have tryied so far TMO and RFB and i defenetly prefer RFB, the sinking mechanics are awsome, and it is very challenging. The deck gun is almost useless and that is a plus. So far what i´ve seen in TMO is just the broring stuff of having to support being deph charged for hours evey time there is a destroyer in an attack, but i have expirienced heavy deph charging with RFB and the manage to sink you if not carefull. FORTS to se its mechanics.

for the most part the simple answer to using mods with FOTRS is DONT

FOTRS is designed and intended to be used by itself without any other mods, there might be a few specialty mods made just for FOTRS but i cant think of any off the top of my head

There is a version of RSRD for both TMO and RFB... just really nothing for FOTRS like webster said.... you could go with RFB+RSRD or TMO+RSRD but like i mentioned before anything else you would have to manually alter and merge files

Hi Captains,

FOTRS is not compatible with the Campaign cause FOTRS gots an own Shipsystem with other classes but the campaign from RSRD could be rewrited for FOTRS.

I hope that the RSRD-Team will write an campaign for my upcomming FOTRS V2.0 as an aditional.

Regards

Maddy
