Default Okay, call me stupid.

I can't find where/how to create a mod setup for jsgme use.
Some of the edits are cfg, some are with the old minitweaker.

I will take my abuse for any help in this regard.

Are you asking how to make your own mods, or how to install via JSGME?

If you are asking how to make a mod JSGME ready, just follow the file structure of the game. Example, your Cfg file change would go in a folder labeled Cfg, which would go into a folder labeled data, which would go into a folder labeled what you want your mod called. You would then put that folder in the Mods folder to be enabled by JSGME. If you have a readme for the mod, put it in a folder labeled Documentation and put it the folder labeled what the mod is called along with the data folder, JSGME knows what to do with the Documentation folder. I hope this helps.

P.S. You are not stupid, just inexperienced, and we have all been there at one time or another.

OH, so the easiest way would be to copy/past the files I want to change into a file called "patmod", make the changes, the dump into the jgsme mod folder?

Yes, provided the mod file structure is the same as that already used in the game eg:

KM Heavy Mod

Unzip the file into the MODS folder in your SH3 directory and it should look like...KMHeavyMod>data>Sea>NBB_Bismarck etc.

Ok, the .cfg part is fine for that, and if I do the same for the 'gun', 'shells', etc folders the same? Just pack them all into one folder with the proper heirarchy and then into "mods"?
