Default Big request-U-67 "The Ram" emblem

Hello,

I have a big request. PLEASE, has somebody the Ram U-67 emblem for IXC Boat? I downloaded probably all emblem mods, but I could not find it. I found only the first U-67 emblem
, but that does not interest me.

Seeking a this ram-emblem:

This ram emblem is desrcibed so: blue circle with yellow star in the centre and/or red point star with read streamers below a silver bucking ram or goat

I tried also to create this ram-emblem for IXC, but I did not manage it

I use this mod Aces' Super, Dupah, Woopah Turms (inc. Super Turms v6) for GWX - http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...96&postcount=1.

Can someone talented hel me please?

Im not talented but I'll give it a try. I couldnt find it on the internet either so I would just go off the second image you provided. If you have Photoshop or gimp it should be pretty straight forward to do yourself. Do you want it to be a flotilla emblem or an award emblem?

What I do is open an existing emblem in photoshop to get the image dimensions. U-67 was in 2nd flotilla, for example. That image is the data/emblem/flotilla folder. That image is 64x64 pixels. The background color will be transparent which I think in this case is grey. I then opened the image you provided and used a select wand to paint the star red with touch up using the paint brush. Then I used a white paint brush to remove "u-67" and the shading around the ram. Going back to the 2nd flotilla emblem I get the color of the background and set it to the photoshop's foreground color. Then I go back to the custom emblem and use the select wand to select all the white space background and fill it with the new foreground color.

Then I resized the image to 64x64 and dragged it overtop the open 2nd flotilla emblem and merged layers. This helps with getting the correct compression or whatever (24bit I think). Then save it with a new filename.

You can do the same process using a different existing emblem which may have different dimensions. You can also do a better job with editing the image. If you use it as a flottilla emblem, you define the emblem in the flotilla.cfg file in the cfg folder. I don't know about the award emblems though.

I have saved it as u-67.tga here: http://www.danreavey.net/files/u-67.tga

NOTE: What the crap happened to my profile picture?

That one comes at post #179 and goes again at post #180. If you had placed your note in a new post it would already be gone.

Thank you for finding the ram emblem Josef, and thank you Danzig70 for making it! It works well when adapted to the turms your way emblem template for the type IX turm.

Glad you like it HW3. I have made a second version which is 128x128 instead of 64x64 and tried to clean up the lines a bit better. It is named u-67b.tga so if you want to replace the other file just rename it to u-67.tga.

It is available here: http://www.danreavey.net/files/u-67b.tga

I also have the Gott Mit Uns eagle that I use on my boat which is 128x128. Below is a screenshot. The image is just from wikipedia, I just removed the swastika.

The 64 x 64 version is what is used for the turms your way mod by Privateer. It doesn't show very well in my screenshots above but, I have the 2nd Flottille emblem on the front of the turm along with the U-67 type IXC ram emblem on each side.

Sorry for the delay Josef, work got in the way. Here it is all set for use with JSGME, just unzip it and drop it in your Mods folder.
