Mod Options

When you use GWX or another mod can you turn of some of the options. There are some mods I would like to install but disable some options so I don't have to re-learn everything

You can be flexible in using different mods, or is there something special that you think you do not want in the game.....

I was looking at the mod that allows boat surrender I can't remeber the name. i meant can i turn of some of the other options like boats slowing down in bad weather
