[REL] Sort of IX Boat 1943 Loadout

 this one has a new loadout to reflect the torps used in 43. ENJOY  http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...o=file&id=3712 Added this as well...it is for 1944...same specifications as 43 and b4 but with 44 torp loadout.
